"The Red Crescent pulled out three people alive who were trapped under rubble and debris by sniffer dogs and search and rescue radar transponder," said Dr Pir Hossein Kolivand, the President of the Iranian Red Crescent Society (IRCS) after visiting the Society relief operation on the scene.

According to officials, the incident has left at least 41 deaths and 37 wounded.
