IRCS Aid Worker Killed during Relief Operation
TEHRAN, 26 June 2019 (IRCS) – Mohammad Hossein Nazari, a relief worker in Khorrambid County Red Crescent branch, southwestern province of Fars, lost his life when he was rendering relief services to the injured people of a road accident which left 3 dead and 15 injured on 25 June.

The accident happened on Tuesday morning when a Pride sedan crashed a pickup truck of police 20 km off Safashahr-Abadeh artery. As Nazari was rendering relief services to the injured people, a truck which was passing the road hit him due to carelessness of the driver, causing the death of the 25-years-old Red Crescent relief worker.
Mohammad Hossein Nazari had joined the Red Cross voluntarily five years ago.
