The Iranian Red Crescent released a call for humanitarian aids for Syrian Kurdish people.
The announcement says:
“Following the recent tensions in northern Syria caused by Turkish attacks over Syrian Kurdish civilians, which has caused a great deal of suffering for civilians in the region, the Red Crescent Society of the Islamic Republic of Iran declares its readiness to collect humanitarian aids to send to the conflict zones in Syria considering public requests in Iran’s Kurdistan Province and other areas of the country on assisting the civilians.
For this purpose, the Iranian Red Crescent’s bases in Kurdistan Province of Iran are prepared to collect in-kind donations.
The Iranian citizens in the province may donate their in-kind aids, including living items (blanket, tent, etc.), food items (canned food, dried foods, etc.) and hygiene items to designated bases in various cities of Kurdistan Province.
Furthermore, the payment code of *112*87# is specifically designated to receive public cash donations for the Syrian Kurdish people.”
