Hussein Darvishi, Deputy Head of Relief and Rescue Organisation for relief and rescue operations in the Iranian Red Crescent Society reported two operational teams from the Iranian Red Crescent including six relief workers and rescuers provided necessary relief and rescue services to the drowned in Maroon Aghajeri River in Khuzestan Province on September 5, 2015.   He stated that the Iranian Red Crescent performed its coastal rescue efforts and lifesaving operations in Maroon River to save the lives of six injured. He said these people saw the accident at 11:20 am local time and 3 of them were transferred to nearby medical centres.
