The IRCS volunteers in borders of Iran and Iraq and walking routes to ‎‎Karbala provided 3,614,565 cases of relief and treatment services to Arbaeen ‎‎pilgrims, according to the Arbaeen headquarters in the Iranian Red Crescent.‎

The IRCS provided its services to 207,012 pilgrims in Iran and 3,407,355 pilgrims in Iraq.

The Iranian Red Crescent volunteers offered their services to both Iranian and non-Iranian pilgrims, including Pakistanis, Afghans, and others.
