Pirhossein Kolivand, the President of the IRCS, has sent a message to Mawlawi Muti ul-Haq Khales, the Acting President of the Afghan Red Crescent, stating that the IRCS is ready to send relief and medical teams to support the earthquake victims in Afghanistan.

IRCS president also extended his condolences to the Afghan Red Crescent and expressed sympathy towards the families of the deceased.
