Following the devastating earthquake in Afghanistan, the Iranian Red Crescent Society (IRCS) on Monday, October 9, declared that individuals can donate their cash contributions to the quake-affected households via the Red Crescent's bank account number.

The people affected by the earthquake in Herat received a humanitarian shipment from the Iranian Red Crescent on October 8th.

This shipment consisted of tents, ground sheets, kitchen sets, and food parcels.

The ministry of health of Afghanistan expressed gratitude for the support provided by Iran's Red Crescent.
