The Red Crescent Society of the Islamic Republic of Iran (IRCS) presents its compliments to you and all your esteemed staff and volunteers of the Philippine Red Cross Society.

With great sorrow, I have learnt about the occurrence of destructive earthquake in city of Mindanao located at Southern of Philippine which unfortunately caused to the death of 6 people and the injuries of dozen people.

In this hard situation, on behalf of the IRCS and myself, I would like to express my condolence to you, your colleagues in the Philippine Red Cross and earthquake affected people and also convey our sympathy with the families of victims.

I wish you and your colleagues all the very best in your humanitarian endeavors.
