IRCS 4030 Hotline Handles Over 98,000 Psychosocial Support Calls During Airstrikes
TEHRAN, 20 March 2026 (IRCS) - According to the president of the Iranian Red Crescent Society (IRCS), the 4030 hotline, operated in partnership with the IRCS, has responded to 98,354 calls providing psychosocial consultations to people during the airstrikes on Iran so far.
This volume of service is equivalent to 7,587 hours (455,220 minutes) of specialized counseling delivered by 1,647 advisers.
Mr. Kolivand added that the 4030 hotline offers a wide range of mental‑health counseling services, including psychological support, education related to preventive measures, and guidance on accessing therapeutic services, all aimed at strengthening community resilience.
