GENEVA, 28 May 2026 (IRCS) – Representatives from the national Red Cross Societies of ‎Norway, Germany, the United Kingdom, and Italy, currently based at the International ‎Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC) headquarters, convened with the ‎President of the Iranian Red Crescent Society (IRCS).‎

GENEVA, 27 May 2026 (IRCS) - In a meeting in Geneva, Dr. Pir-Hossein Kolivand, ‎President of the Iranian Red Crescent Society (IRCS), and senior IFRC directors of ‎Humanitarian Diplomacy, Media, and Crisis Partnerships agreed to organize a ‎global memorial ceremony for aid workers who have lost their lives in ‎humanitarian operations.‎
