The initiative will be jointly implemented by the IRCS and the Vice Presidency for Science, Technology, and Knowledge-Based Economy. The project implementation period is limited to a maximum of 12 months. Each proposal must be submitted in collaboration with two legal entities, one specializing in artificial intelligence and another in relief and rescue, with at least one holding a knowledge-based certification in the relevant field.
