During the meeting, held at the Saudi embassy in Tehran, Dr. Pir Hossein Kolivand and Ambassador Abdullah bin Saud Al-Anzi discussed enhancing relief and health services for Hajj pilgrims.
Dr. Kolivand highlighted the importance of strengthening cooperation between the two countries, while Ambassador Al-Anzi expressed appreciation for the IRCS’s efforts during Hajj operations.
“Hajj is a symbol of friendship and brotherhood among Muslim nations. We stand together in unity with Iranian pilgrims and welcome constructive cooperation between both sides,” said Ambassador Al-Anzi.
Each year, the Iranian Red Crescent provides essential health services to Iranian pilgrims during Hajj through its clinics and medical centers located in Mecca and Madinah.
