Participants from 40 countries discussed identifying operational obstacles, strengthening structural preparedness, and enhancing emergency operational plans. This event followed the international conference on "Rehabilitation for People with Disabilities," which was held in Tehran in February 2025. The conference aimed to improve the quality and effectiveness of rehabilitation services provided by National Societies during disasters and conflicts at the international level.
