The full message of Ms Spoljaric to Mr Kolivand reads as follows:       On behalf of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), I wish to express my deepest condolences on the death of Mr Amir Ali Latifi, a volunteer of the Red Crescent of the Islamic Republic of Iran.  We are profoundly saddened by his loss and the wounding of five others as they provided humanitarian assistance. Thess six volunteers dedicated their time and energy to alleviating the suffering others – embodying the spirit of the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement. The ICRC stands with your National Society during this difficult time.
