The meeting was attended by Pir Hossein Kolivand, President of the IRCS; Raziyeh Alishavandi, Under Secretary‑General for International Affairs and International Humanitarian Law at the IRCS; Maria Mercedes Martinez, Head of the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC) Country Delegation to Iran; Vincent Cassard, Head of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) Delegation in Tehran; Stefan Bonami, Deputy Head of Delegation of the ICRC; Maysa Al‑Gharibawi, Representative of the World Food Programme (WFP); Ayman Al‑Amin, Senior Emergency Response Officer at the WFP; Aishani Mada Gangoda Labe, Representative of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP); Roy Alberto, Project Manager for Iran‑related Emergency Assistance at the IFRC; representatives of the Office for Refugees, Natural Disasters and Narcotics of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs; representatives of the Department‑General for International Organizations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs; and representatives of Médecins Sans Frontières (Doctors Without Borders). “For the first time, the Iranian Red Crescent Society compiled documented reports on the humanitarian incidents of the third imposed war and submitted them to international institutions in order to provide an accurate account of the situation,” the President of the Iranian Red Crescent Society said at the meeting. “We undertook this important step drawing on the experience of Iranian Red Crescent aid workers serving affected people in Gaza and Lebanon, where documenting violations of humanitarian law proved to be vital. Daily documentation, recording cases of violations of international humanitarian principles, and the continuous submission of reports to international organizations formed part of these sustained and uninterrupted efforts.” At the end of the meeting, the President of the IRCS presented certificates of appreciation to representatives of the international organizations in recognition of their support and humanitarian efforts during the third imposed war. Following the meeting, the representatives of international humanitarian organizations visited the museum and the Peace Gallery of the Iranian Red Crescent Society.
