Mr. Kolivand signed the IFRC’s memorial book, expressing his appreciation for the hospitality and cooperation of the Federation’s officials, while emphasizing the necessity of strengthening joint collaboration and expanding humanitarian engagement.
He described the visit to Geneva as “productive and valuable” and, referring to the meetings and constructive discussions held in a professional and friendly atmosphere, said that these engagements provided an important opportunity for exchanging views, fostering synergy, and expanding mutual cooperation.
President of the IRCS also thanked Mr. Xavier Castellanos, the IFRC Under Secretary General for National Society Development and Operations Coordination for his warm hospitality, kind support, and special attention throughout the visit.
Kolivand expressed hope that the meetings would pave the way for broader cooperation, more effective engagement, and greater shared achievements in the future between the Iranian Red Crescent and the IFRC.
