The full text of the message from the President of the IRCS reads as follows:

The resilient nation of Iran, the esteemed families of our proud martyrs and disabled veterans, during the holy month of Ramadan, the month of patience and the descent of divine mercy, on days when our dear compatriots have turned to Almighty God with fasting lips and hearts brimming with faith, a searing sorrow has once again fallen upon Islamic Iran. Innocent children of this country, particularly our dear, innocent young girls from a school in Minab, who were heading to class only with their notebooks and childhood dreams, were targeted and martyred.

A school must be a haven of security, knowledge, and future-building, not a scene where the blood of girls whose only role was that of a student is spilled. The innocence of these little angels pains the conscience of every free human being and shows how the sanctity of human life and childish dignity have been violated.

We bow with the utmost respect before the grieving families of these martyrs, especially the fathers and mothers of dear Minab. Your patience is a sign of faith, and your steadfastness is the pillar of this nation's honor. The pure blood of these martyrs will be a light that brightens the path of Islamic Iran's future.

The Red Crescent Society of the Islamic Republic of Iran stands with all its power alongside the honorable families of the martyrs and the great Iranian nation. We consider this grief our own and commit ourselves, in addition to providing relief, psychological, and social support, to utilizing all legal and international potentials to pursue this atrocity.

In this regard, I have sent a statement on the oppressed of these dear martyrs to all my counterparts in the National Red Crescent and Red Cross Societies worldwide, officially raising the issue for their immediate attention and action. Furthermore, by sending letters to the International Committee of the Red Cross and the Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court, we have called for an independent investigation and legal follow-up into this incident.

Fortunately, following these correspondence efforts, many of our counterparts, especially member countries of the BRICS group and global peace activists, have unequivocally condemned this attack and emphasized the necessity of respecting the fundamental principles of international humanitarian law and the protection of civilians. This global chorus demonstrates that the voice of the oppressed Iranian nation has been heard, and the awakened consciences of the world stand with the truth.

Great Iranian nation, you who stand with divine patience amidst the heat of fasting have shown that faith and resistance are the strong pillars of this country. Enemies may think that they can break this nation's will through pressure and threats; however, Iran is the land of men and women who have remained true to their covenant with God.

We are a nation that builds strength from hardship; we create decision from tears; and by relying on faith, unity, and the culture of sacrifice, we step forward more firmly than ever on the path of dignity and independence.

Islamic Iran, with the power of its people's faith and resistance, will forever remain proud and steadfast.
