IRCS Teams at Scene of Deadly Helicopter Crash in Isfahan + video
ESFAHAN, 24 February 2026 (IRCS) – Relief teams from the Iranian Red Crescent Society (IRCS) have responded to a helicopter crash involving an aircraft from the Iranian Army Aviation.
The incident took place this morning (24 February) in the city of Dorcheh, Isfahan province.
The helicopter went down in the vicinity of the fruit and vegetable market. The crash claimed the lives of the pilot and co-pilot, as well as two shopkeepers who were on the ground.
Five teams of the IRCS were dispatched to the scene immediately. Upon arrival, they worked to secure the area and assisted in transferring the bodies.
