In his message, Pir Hossein Kolivand wrote: “The Red Crescent Society of the Islamic Republic of Iran, congratulates the great nation of Iran, the Islamic Ummah, and all free-spirited people of the world on the selection of the distinguished jurist and young, forward‑thinking scholar, Ayatollah Seyyed Mojtaba Khamenei, by the Assembly of Experts.

In other part of his message, he has emphsized that the Red Crescent Society of the Islamic Republic of Iran, which has defined its mission on the basis of selfless service to human-beings, alleviating human suffering, and assisting the oppressed and those affected by disasters, over the past years, this Society has always considered itself a soldier in the field of service in path of the ideals of the Islamic Revolution and the guidance of the Supreme Leader, and today it will continue to remain steadfast on this path with all its relief, medical, humanitarian, and volunteer capacities.

“The great family of the Iranian Red Crescent Society, including aid workers, rescuers, young members, donors and releif forces across the country, while renewing its pledge of allegiance to the ideals of the Islamic Revolution, declares that, under the wise guidance of the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revoloution, it will continue to be present in the fields of service with a spirit of dedication and humanity,” Kolivand noted.

At the end of his message, the President of the Iranian Red Crescent has said: “The Red Crescent Society of the Islamic Republic of Iran respectfully expresses its reverence, devotion, and allegiance to the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution, Ayatollah Seyyed Mojtaba Khamenei. It prays to Almighty God for the permanence of dignity, strength, and progress of the Islamic Republic of Iran, and reaffirms that the banner of selfless service to the people and humanitarian assistance to those in need will continue to be raised with strength across the entire Islamic homeland.”
