IRCS Participates in BRICS Civil Forum 2026
New Delhi, 18 August 2026 (IRCS) - Razieh Alishavandi, Under Secretary General for International Affairs and International Humanitarian Law of the Iranian Red Crescent Society (IRCS), represented the Society at the BRICS Civil Forum 2026 in New Delhi and was honored during the Forum’s opening ceremony.
Through its active participation in the Forum’s Health Working Group, the Iranian Red Crescent Society is sharing its capacities and experiences in community-based health, resilience, search and rescue, and humanitarian response.
This participation reflects the IRCS’ commitment to strengthening humanitarian diplomacy, advancing multilateral cooperation, and expanding engagement with BRICS member states.
