IFRC Secretary General Expresses Sympathy with IRCS President
TEHRAN, 09 May 2026 (IRCS) - Jagan Chapagain, Secretary General of The International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies, expressed his sympathy following the passing of mother of president of the Iranian Red Crescent Society (IRCS).
Mr. Chapagain, in his message, expressed deep sorrow over the loss of the mother of Pir Hossein Kolivand, noting that the love and influence of her mother were clearly reflected in his hardworking and committed character.
