On behalf of the Iranian Red Crescent Society and myself, I would like to take this opportunity to express my deep sorrow and condolences to you, the esteemed staff and volunteers of Turkish Red Crescent, family and colleagues of  the late Mr. Omer Tasli, former General Manager of  your Society.

We respect his life – long humanitarian endeavors and express our sympathy with the Turkish Red Crescent as well as believe that his passing away will be a great loss.
