The congress aims to strengthen interdepartmental coordination and synergy of service providers in Arbaeen walks in the health field.

The representatives of Iran’s and Iraq Health Ministries, health and treatment authorities and members of urban headquarters will take part in the congress.

Moreover, it seeks to find the required capabilities of health services in Arbaeen, emphasizing the training role in reducing diseases and risks in disasters, considering  strategies to strengthen public contributions in the health field and enhancing health diplomacy between Iran and Iraq.

In specialized meetings of the Congress, the participants will discuss heat stroke, cholera and infectious diseases, heart, vascular and gastrointestinal diseases, common diseases in Arbaeen walk, bioterrorism and management of health and treatment operations within the framework of the IRCS Hajj and Pilgrimage Medical Center.
