The flood has involved 14 counties, surrounding more than 300 villages, according to Kerman Red Crescent Provincial branch.
It’s starting to look like early January, when heavy rainfall caused flooding in Kerman province.
Red Crescent’s aid workers provided emergency sheltering to 18,000 people in tents, mosques and schools.
"Until yesterday, due to bad weather conditions, air relief was difficult, but from today, air relief is faster," said Dr. Pir Hossein Kolivand, IRCS President, from the flood-affected areas in the south of Kerman province.

Red Crescent’s aid workers are distributing relief items of a 40-ton consignment, which has been sent to the region for the affected households.
Red Crescent has deployed 130 relief teams to respond the flood-affected areas.
